闭眼单腿独立 (30秒) 俯卧撑 (20) 

练腹肌 (20) 原地跳 (三次每次300) 

each set (8): chest, waist, back, knees, feet/hands, neck, stand on one leg with eyes closed (30 sec); 

push ups (20); abs (20); rope jumping (3 sets 300 each)
